Online and Physical Gift Card Conditions

The acquisition and / or use of the gift card implies full acceptance of the following general conditions:

How it works: Buy this online gift card through the web to make purchases through our online store myjplates.com. We will instantly send you the online gift card with a code to the email with which you have registered. This gift card can only be used through myjplate.com by entering the code at the end of the purchase. The gift card can be issued for an amount with a minimum value of € 20 and a maximum value of € 200. Discounts and / or promotional codes cannot be used to purchase the gift card. It is not possible to add other products to an order that includes a gift card. The customer may not request that its value be reduced or increased, nor may it request its return. The customer will receive by email the virtual gift card, consisting of a discount code. It is not allowed to use several gift cards together, in the same purchase. The purchase of the gift card online does not entail shipping costs.

Return: Products purchased with the card are subject to the same policy of exchanges, returns and withdrawals as the rest of the products purchased in the online store myjplates.com. In case of return or withdrawal, a new code will be generated that will be sent by email, with the amount of the return and discounted shipping costs.

Validity: The gift card is valid for 1 year.

Responsibility: JPlate is not responsible for the fact that the card cannot be used as a payment instrument in case of deterioration, loss or theft of it. These General Conditions are governed by Spanish legislation.
